She entered in ANEK fleet in 1973, joining the sister Rethimnon. Mainly employed on Piraeus - Heraklion Line, after the arrival in the Aegean Seas of F/B’s “Lissos” and “Lato”, was employed in various routes: first in the Piraeus - Peloponnese - Crete routes, replacing the Miras Ferries’s F/B Theseus, linking the ports of Piraeus, Neapolis, Gythion and Kalamata in Peloponnese, the islands of Kithira and Antikithira and the port of Kasteli, on Crete Island, then, after two seasons on this line was chartered to DANE in 1999, being deployed on Dodecanese routes (Piraeus - Patmos - Leros - Kalymnos - Kos - Rhodes and Piraeus - Astypalea - Kalymnos - Kos - Rhodes). This charter lasted only a year; in 2000 the ferry was repainted in ANEK’s colours and, after the licence gained by Anek Lines to serve Cyclades islands, started to serve the Piraeus - Ios - Santorini line, departing daily except Sunday at 14.00 and once a week also from/to Amorgos - Astypalea. Also this service lasted only a year: was sold together with “Rethimnon” in 2001 to Naif Marine Service, a company which employs her on a link between Umm-Qasr and Port Rashid.
